Another simple dinner here. Take-out.

SO had a turkey club and fries. I had a steak bomb and spicy fries.

I had Beef Stew I made in my 1 1/2 qt. slow cooker using a 1 lb. chuck eye steak. Buttered Bread.

Invented & enjoyed my own "Breezy Chicken, Goat Cheese, & Spinach Quesadillas". They were wonderful, & hubby has added them to his "please make again" list - lol!! Recipe here:
