What's for dinner? July 2, 2014

Grilled shrimp, parsley potatoes, and asparagus. Menu subject to change.

What's everyone having tonight?

I like to make it worth while when I light the oven so I have a chicken roasting and a ratatouille lasagne in the oven at the moment - very cosmopolitan

Not sure what I'm going to eat first.

Simple, simple tonight. A chicken and rice casserole.

hummus and veggie sticks. Some fresh fruit (mango, apple, citrus). Too humid to think about eating hot food.

Another grill basket of marinated veggies tonight and I'll throw in a package of Lil' Smokies to make it a meal. We need some garlic toast too. Easy peasy.

Grilled BBQ chicken leg quarters, potato salad, green beans, and cantaloupe for dessert. Good ol' summer fare!

That worked out well. I thought we needed some Spanish Rice too.
