last night was grilled chicken and pineapple with nuked spuds.

chicken thighs were marinated in italian dressing, and i slathered some bbq sauce on the legs.

if you like but can't eat pineapple due to it's acidity, try grilling it. it gets as sweet as candy and it loses that tartness.
