bt, when Himself worked I would plan on roasting a bigger eye of round or more chicken breasts than we could eat for the meal just so I had lunch fixings. $3 for the roast vs $6+ at the deli counter. Chick breasts are on sale often for <$2 a pound. Thin-sliced, either of them are great for sandwiches. If I'm nothing else, I'm cheap! As a plus what I make has fewer additives.
