I marinated a couple of chicken breasts with garlic, rosemay, paprika salt pepper and olive oil and baked them. Asparagus as a side dish.

we had guests and grilled ribeyes served with baked sweet and white potatoes, salad and rolls. Brownies for dessert

I had Nora's Tofu and Greens. /swoon Mr Tofuhater had leftover stew from yesterday and but kept steeling bites off my plate! I know I'll never convert him 100% but at least he willingly put that fork up to his mouth. And he didn't fall over dead.

It's very hard not to gloat and say I told you so to him. <3<3 So I'm saying it to you guys instead! LOL He ate tofu!
