What's for Dinner? Monday, Dec. 9, 2013

I have a bit pot of stew in the oven.

Oops, I meant the 9th. Hopefully a mod will come along and change it.

I made a big pan of kotopita and we'll have steamed whole green beans along with, iced tea and coconut-cashew-white chocolate chip cookies for dessert.

That's one of my favorite Greek dishes. Do you by chance have a recipe, Katie?

Tonight I'm having cream of celery soup an oven barbequed pigs foot and cabbage salad.

It's cold and rainy. I've got a terrible cough. We had to take a car in for brake work. The Colonel graciously cooked for us.

I don't know what to call it, but I warm up a fresh tortilla, fill it, roll it up and nuke it. Lately I have been filling it with pepper jack cheese and salsa. To be eaten with the never ending turkey soup.
