Since Christmas will be our big meal this week, we're expending the least amount of energy we can in the kitchen until then.

So tonight's dinner will be very simple: kielbasa, sauerkraut, and steamed asparagus.

What's everyone else having?

If the grilled ham, Jarlesberg cheese and green chili sandwiches I just made make it to DH's lunch box tomorrow, then it will be bbq meatloaf, mashed potatoes and sliced avocado sprinkled with garlic salt. Now, that is a herb/spice blend I had never paid any attention to, but after seeing it as an ingredient in countless Mexican and New Mexican dishes, I have been converted.

We're splitting a shrimp burrito. New place, two kinds of salsa. Of course, we dumped them both on top and now my mouth is on fire. Delicious though!

We're at Bob Evans with our son. :) Daughter is still working, so she can't join us. :-(

I'm having a small chicken pot pie, Himself ordered the senior turkey dinner, and Goober got a burger.

Working late roster so microwaved leftovers.

Indian Tomato Soup.

Rabbit Casserole with Rice.
