Lasagna looks great Pac.

I'm thinking of making a pancake (crepes, our pancakes are thin) lasagna. I like using pancakes intead of lasagna noodles sometimes. Maybe with spinach and cheese or mushrooms.
Yes, I know it's not a lasagna if I do that
