Whats for dinner, Monday Feb. 2

I had hospital food for lunch so am treating myself to a nice thick crust pizza from down the street - a real restaurant, not one of the take-out delivery places! DH used to work there so they know just how to make my double mushroom double cheese just perfect and deliver it still hot and bubbly!
 
I made Pad Thai tonight!

Nice and Spicy! But the sauce was a bit too sweet this time...
 
Pork Tenderloin with cranberry glaze, Buttered Peas, Salad and Honey Wheat roll.


The recipe I used I did not like at all.:yuk::yuk:

I do like the idea of the Whole Cranberry Sauce. I will try it again but do it my way next time.
 
We had baked chicken and Birdseye Oriental Stirfry vegetables (they come with sauce). They had the different Birdseye stirfry vegetables on sale awhile back, so I bought one of each kind to try.
