What's for dinner Monday, Jan 18th?

I'm thinking it might be grilled ham and cheese sandwiches and a bite of sweet potato. Dh wants to try to reintroduce vegetables to his meals, which were making a hasty exit in the recent past. Actually I will have a few more bites of the potato. I realize I have not been eating any vegetables recently, and that is not good.

What are you fixing?

They just seem to go together. I don't care for wine with chili.
