Lamb and chickpea tagine with tabbouleh followed by raspberry napoleon. (I cheated - the napoleon was from the deli)

It's a toss-up so far. It will probably a Penzeys recipe "North African-Style Chicken" over couscouc. The photo shows it paired with broccoli and it looks so pretty I'm fixing broccoli too! Doesn't hurt that broccoli is on sale for 88 cents this week either.

I got some steaks to fry up in the cast iron skillet. An arugula salad on the side. I found some Bischoff Cookie Spread that will get schmeered on some apple slices for a sweet. That is some yummy stuff.

Home made pizza. One hot Italian sausage, mushrooms, green onions and red peppers. The other spinach mushroom...

Dissected turkey pot pie--layer of mashed potatoes, turkey, gravy, veggies, more potatoes topped with gravy.

Tomorrow night I'm doing Steak Oscar, only I'm using haddock instead of shrimp.
