that's adorable!!! he liked that soup!!

Yeah, luvs, it seems so. All I did was put some of my chicken stock in the crockpot and added halved baby carrots, large diced potato, celery, onion and some leftover italian sausage cut in rounds. I added some herbs, salt and pepper and just let it cook. He must have had about 3 bowls for dinner and then took another huge portion for his lunch today.

I am not complaining, we had a good dinner and I love to see people enjoy my food!

I think the first time I had sausage in soup was Ol-Blue's raviloli soup recipe. Since then I have added it a few times to soup I was making. I really like the added texture. It's different.

Sounds great. How many people do you expect to feed with 10 lbs.?

Three adults, and 5 children ranging in ages from 4 to 14.

It was great! Sadly, there were no leftovers. There never are leftovers.
