What's For Dinner Saturday July 11th ?

Not entirely sure but it will involve butterfly porkchops and asparagus or broccoli . And something else I haven't decided on yet.

I just got done making a honey wheat pizza dough. Once it is done rising, I'm going to make homemade pizza. And a just took a chocolate zucchini cake out of the oven. Pizza and a movie tonight.

Going to a friend's house where we'll feast on fresh corn, yellow squash, smoked pork barbecue sandwiches and homemade blackberry cobbler.

My husband and I are playing a gig at a cocktail/dinner party, so will probably nosh on goodies there during breaks.

I'm not sure. It might just be a vegie wrap with some french fries or tater tots.

Seasoned Flank Steak over a Spinich Salad with my homemade Honey Mustard vinegarette. Yummy!

I had Pudae jjige it is a Korean stew with Spam, Hot dogs, Kimchie, and a few other items.

Powerplantop, that looks pretty delicious! My husband LOVES kimchee and there is NO finding it in Mexico. Do you make it yourself? I can get cabbage - can you tell me where to go from there?

I bought that Kimchi I have started to make my some. I tend to stay with the ones for eating fresh.

On you Tube aeriskitchen has a good vid showing how she makes kimchi.

A book that has helped me is Good Morning Kimchi.

Claire makes her own Kimchi.
