We ate lunch really late, so I haven't made supper yet. Since I haven't taken anything out yet, I think we will go with hot dogs--quick and easy.

Mushroom burgers on homemade kaiser rolls. Probably green salad on the side.

If it weren't so far to drive, I'd be begging for an invite!

If I had leftover corned beef like that, I'd make a Cuban Reuben with corned beef, honey ham, swiss, pickle slices, etc., but put it on some French bread and toast it low and slow in a frying pan, with a heavy weight like my 8" cast iron skillet on top.

Our company wanted to have take out Chinese for dinner and offered to buy. After working in the yard all day I wasn't going to argue if someone wants to buy dinner for me.

It's almost six pm here, and I don't know. I'm on my own tonight. I'll have to check back in later.
