Thought I'd report back on my impression of:

Very tasty. I will definitely add this to my collection of recipes to make again. I think the seasoning combination would also work with chicken breasts. Very moist. Easy to prepare. I let it sit for about 3 hours. It took 20 minutes to cook--but I wanted the internal temp to be 160, so I cooked it a bit longer than the recipe recommended. We're have the leftovers tonight (Monday).
