Am still up to my elbows in frosting and fondant so DH got a rotisserie chicken and sides at the grocery store deli. Was a good break.

the hen was just great, moist and tender. did in convection part of my micro. i had left over whole berry cranberry sauce and left over scalloped pineapple. mixed them together. i think i have a whole new recipe. it was fabulous .
