Salmon with an espresso/brown sugar/lime sauce/glaze over basmati rice. Green salad with vinaigrette to start.
Homemade Devil's Food Cake with dark chocolate ganache for a later dessert.

I went to a wedding this evening. I had Roast Beef, Rice, Green Beans and yummy dinner rolls. It sure was off my diet. I did skip the wedding cake.
