Slow roasting fresh tomato sauce, but I'm undecided, Pizza, ravioli, pennie?

Salmon with an espresso/brown sugar/lime sauce/glaze over basmati rice. Green salad with vinaigrette to start.
Homemade Devil's Food Cake with dark chocolate ganache for a later dessert.
 
A variation of my smoked turkey black bean wild rice soup, with a diced smoked pork chop standing in for the turkey.

Oh, and the lovely brie and multigrain crackers we got last week from Whole Foods!


For my tastes the pork sounds a lot better. YUMM:chef:
 
A tagine of chicken with preserved lemon, lots of garlic, dried apricots and green olives with couscous.
