pork loin chop, fried in pam spray. (no it does very well) that way no added calories. leftover half of sweet potato. lima beans either in a salad or plain. jello with cool whip. i am stuck on the weight loss but will keep it up.

Nothing worse than sucky sushi!

We're having salmon-something-or-other tonight. The fish is in the fridge. I just need to figure out what I'm going to do with it. Guess I'd better decide soon.

Pork & Kraut dinner, some kind of potatoes (somebody mentioned potato pancakes, they sound good) sautéed or steamed green beans and/or green salad. I think something chocolate for dessert........
