I cooked a big piece of roast beef yesterday. I quite often do for cold meat sammys. Tonight fresh white bread with sliced beef onion sliced lots s ans p.
Then home made Mayo. The one mum used to make with condensed milk.
Might sound odd but it works.

Thanks Bucky.
The best way to eat these is to remove the silicone bands (save) and cut the filets in half, cut side down on your plate so you can get a bite of bacon with each bite of beef.

Good eats to be sure.

I was missing salads, so I made good sized ones tonight. I also took the one serving of Won Ton soup I didn't eat last night, added in the last of a carton of chicken broth and the leftover noodles from earlier this week, and we shared that. Didn't get to the last of the leftover smothered chicken, nor the small mac-and-cheese I pulled from the freezer. I bet you all know what we'll have for supper tomorrow night...
