Pork Tenderloin Medallions wrapped in bacon with an shallot, applejuice pan glaze.....roasted potatoes, balsamic glazed carrots
 
Looking at that menu made me very hungry Amy!
I looked at LOCATIONS and there's one not too far from where Paulie works, guess where we are having dinner soon???
 
Hey, we had something similar to what Amy had, LOL. A buffet with blue crab, shrimp, sushi, king crab, fried calamari, mussels, clams, stir fries, pot stickers, skewers, salad bar, desert bar, fruit bar, and a make your own steak/stir fry bar with steak, chicken, scallops, and shrimp available.
