I guess we'll have leftover meatloaf, mashed tater's with gravy and either green beans or broccoli.

Cuban black beans, rice and a pork tenderloin on the grill. A chocolate lava cake for dessert.

Hearty Spinach/White Bean/Pinto Bean Soup with garlic, onions, tomatoes, etc. Served with baguette.
