It was nice here, we started out with guavaberry daquaris and then we grilled turkey burgers and had wedge salads with blue cheese, bacon and tomatoes and corn on the cob. Homemade chocolate cake for dessert.

I had a craving for some chicken strips (dip = ranch sauce) so I made my own along with homemade seasoned wedge fries.

It was such a lovely evening here Sunday that I fired up the charcoal grill again & made turkey burgers with all the trimmings (blue cheese dressing, cheddar, lettuce, Vidalia onions, dill relish, Cornichon pickles, spicy ketchup, pickled jalapeno slices, etc., etc.).

Well, I made the bulgogi marinated steak on my new barbeque grill and it came out really good. I also found out that the side burner, at 13,000 btu, gets a wok hot enough to stirfry, so I made fried rice with some leftover brown rice with shredded carrot that I found in the fridge while putting away my groceries, instead of the Omaha Steaks au gratin potatoes!
