What's for dinner Sunday May 30th?

Yum everyone,

Tonite i did some BBQ chicken breasts on the bone, seared then slow cooked and basted with TONS of sauce(custom blend), roasted veg on the bbq with fresh herbs finished with some red wine, and baked potatoes. Chocolate chip banana bread with some vanilla ice cream for desert! yum

Burger on sour dough bread with cheese, red leaf lettuce, vidalia onion, pickles chip and ketchup. Sides were stuffed tomato shell (tomato meat, mozzarella, EVOO, oregano, vidalia onion, fresh basil, sea salt, ground pepper and bread crumbs), steamed corn on the cob and bean salad (pink kidney beans, red kidney beans, cannellini beans, chick peas, EVOO, red wine vinegar, vadalia onion, oregano, sea salt and ground pepper).

Green Beans with Bacon and Tasso..........
Yellow Squash with Caramelized Onions.........
Oven herb roasted potatoes........
Sliced fresh D'mators, and Fresh Cayenne/Jalapeno Peppers....

Earlier for dinner my boyfriend's dad grilled tri tip steaks, grilled sausages, hot dogs, BBQ chicken, corn on the cob, pasta salad, pork n' beans, and I made some California roll sushi. We were stuffed and happy!

Lemon/herb roast chicken with baked potatoes and steamed asparagus. Devil's Food Cake with Chocolate Ganache for dessert.
