meatloaf (chevon loaf), yukon gold mashed potatoes with extras, braised collard greens or kale....I'll be baking off some potatoes when I cook the meatloaf in anticipation of baked potato soup later this week...

Kielbasa with cabbage and potatoes all cut up and tossed with onion soup mix and baked in the oven.
Finally things have started clicking for me, my knees, my elbows, my back, etc...
