Hiya Whisk, Aunt B, Beth, K-T-H, and the Munk.

Munky Badger? Please explain. Is that anythink like a honey badger?

I'm going to try making Tyler Florence's Sausage with Apples and Cabbage. It just feels like an apple and cabbage day.

It was a success! I've never had this dish before, Florence wrote it's a classic French bistro dish. It's very French, very buttery. :pig:
I think this is going into the regular rotation.

Nice looking dinner, Smokey. Sme with the professional-looking plating.

We had salads (with carrots, celery, black and stuffed green olives, and tomato) and bucatini with mushroom Alfredo sauce. Cheated on the sauce - used my jar from Aldi, and rinsed every bit out with some dry Sherry. :yum:

We ran into traffic around Washington, DC...
We've traveled that corridor almost every trip down to FL since we moved to MA. I think the only way to not run into traffic is to avoid it entirely. *sigh*

Yum, that looks delicious, Smoke. I'll have to look that one up for a future attempt. We still have so many apples from when we went picking in late September.
