Looks great to me!

Bacon, eggs, and greens... aren't those three of the major food groups?!

I had gotten 3 turkeys on sale after Thanksgiving for $4.00 apiece, so I dragged one out and thawed it and roasted it on the rotisserie on the grill. It's a huge Wolf grill and I rubbed the turkey with butter, sage, shredded red onion and a load of minced garlic.

Yum! Baked sweet potatoes, fresh green beans and some leftover fried yellow squash finished out our meal. I know this will sound weird, but for dessert we had ice cream and leftover cherries and a few strawberries.

For tomorrow's lunch I'll have a turkey leg and thigh, a turkey salad sandwich on a croissant, and a cut up grapefruit. I eat like a pig at work. LOL!
