the girls had left over chinese. hub and i just had flank steak no sides. i am not feeling so great today and didn't get sleep last night so he didn't want sides and i didn't argue.
 
I was playing around and cleening out the fridge. I diced up some pork, onion and mushrooms. Simmered that in some demi glace gravy hit with some cream put it over rice and WoW. Kind of upscale pork in cream of mushroom soup.
 
Pan-fried spiced rainbow trout with a medley of roasted vegetables (red bell pepper, carrot, cauliflower, and broccoli), and brown rice.
