I'm making something like chicken parmesan, but using cheddar to melt over the top. The parmesan will be in the breadcrumbs.

After a lot of cloudy, cold and rainy days, today is beautiful. So, I'm firin' up the grill and making burgers with fries on the side. And maybe eating out on the porch.

I've got a flank steak marinating in BBQ sauce right now. We will have hash browns and a vegetable for the sides.
