I enjoyed lemon pellegrino when it was available here, but I don't know if it isn't imported anymore or just not available here.

Smoked Chicken leg-and-thigh quarters should be done in 30 minutes. Potato salad, not sure on the veg.

Since i needed to use the pepper, I made Bratwursts with peppers, potato's, onions, oregano, cracked pepper and a little beer. Kind of half Italian, half German. It was very good and I have enough left to take to work for lunch tomorrow.

Well, husband went to see a band with some guys from work last night, so I had a "Home Alone" night (yipee!! lol!!). While I did draw the line at running around the house jumping up & down on the furniture, I did buy myself a nice little steak, marinated it, & enjoyed it with a nice baked Idaho potato & a salad. And - even better still - I had enough left over for breakfast this morning!!!
