this morning dh left on his motorcycle for TN for the weekend......so I get to fix what ever I want

Have a hankering for fish/seafood tonight. Have some shrimp, scallops, tilapia and salmon in the freezer, so I have to choose. I'm leaning toward salmon at the moment.
