Yeah, it oozed, and it wouldn't have made for a very pretty picture! It tasted yummy though! I love the combination of mushrooms and cheese.

Steak with a tarragon, lemon & garlic sauce served with hash brown.







I think the hash brown could of looked more appetising but it all tasted very good.

I think everything looks delish. I think hashbrowns are kind of like casseroles; they are very hard to photograph!

Thanks VB You're right - I'm going to try and improve the way I cook the hash brown next time for presentation but wouldn't change the recipe. I maybe need some mould rings or something to pack the potato in before frying.
