had many goodies at the christmas party, to many to list. all wonderful.

Last minute, decided to bake a couple Cornish Hens, stuffed with wild rice, traditional green beans with bacon and onions.
Simple and yummy!

Tomorrow, the traditional Chinese buffet awaits!
(and is usually amazingly crowded!)
