Our little crock-pot meatloaf. It was just enough for two people. I didn't have time for the baked carrots, so I just cooked some frozen peas/carrots. It tasted just as good. :chef:

Tapas + Java Rice

We had some pork tapas and java rice..one of the easiest meal to prepare coz the tapas has been marinated for a day and the left over rice was for the java....simple meal but very satisfying.
