Smile Tacos!!

I just had tacos for dinner a few days ago, but for some reason I was craving them again. The good thing is the leftover taco meat and other fixings will make a great taco salad for lunch tomorrow.

We thawed some frozen homemade Greek meatballs, simmered them in freshly made marinara, and served them over spaghetti and angel hair (didn't have enough spaghetti) with green beans and garlic bread. Small frozen chocolate eclairs for dessert. As we ate, we watched a DVD DH borrowed from a co-worker of the Eagles when they got back together for a concert in 1994. It was great listening to that with our surround-sound speakers
