Rosemary is a good thing to toss into the cavity as well as lemons sprinkled with a bit of cinnamon................

Thanks for the vote of confidence....well the Fennel is out as I did not make it to the market at lunch becasue I had to go to the bank
So I am gonna have to make it with whatever I have at home
. No thermometer but it has a popper.
