I sauteed some onions, mushrooms, red pepper and chayote squash then split them into two pans, adding pork and chorizo to one and scallops, shrimp and chorizo(my daughter does not like most seafood) to the other. Then made a quick bechamel sauce and served over thin spaghetti topped with steamed broccoli and aged parmesan
