We had a repeat of yesterday's dinner. BBQ'd boneless spare ribs, potato salad, broccoli salad. Way too much food leftover here!

If you don't like the food, have more wine!

I made this again with some tweaks:

Found some great asparagus at the store this morning, I know the season is almost gone and I'm already mourning it's loss. I made some hard-boiled eggs and made a vinaigrette using the yolks, dijon, shallats and caper and added the chopped whites on top. It was fabulous!

We also finished up stuff from yesterday's BBQ (pork, pepper, onion and pineapple kababs and a couple pieces of chicken) along with the last lonely scoop of potato salad.

Made a Lamb Tagine, not a clue what I'm going to do tonight..lol! Been opening and closing the freezer all morning!
