Found some great asparagus at the store this morning, I know the season is almost gone and I'm already mourning it's loss. I made some hard-boiled eggs and made a vinaigrette using the yolks, dijon, shallats and caper and added the chopped whites on top. It was fabulous!
We also finished up stuff from yesterday's BBQ (pork, pepper, onion and pineapple kababs and a couple pieces of chicken) along with the last lonely scoop of potato salad.
