What's for Dinner Tuesday, June 16th?

Still not much into cooking since Buck died, but tonight I had kind of a bizarre meal. I was in the mood for corn on the cob, so had 2 ears of peaches and cream and a plate of ground beef stroganoff. Finished off the last of the zucchini bars I made last week.

Put a fork in me, I'm done.

hmmmmm i have never had a peach ear before. where can i get some? i would never fork you sweetie but casper the ghost may and you won't see him coming.

WOW, does that ever sound good!! Great time of year for it! Is there mango in there? Yum, yum Yum!!

There is definetly mango in there, in the salsa there is diced red onion, pineapple, mango, some lime juice, mint, cilantro, a touch of honey and just a bit of garlic chili paste, it turned out really well and it was very fresh and summer tasting!

I couldnt resist, japanese marinated ahi tuna seared, served over wasabi tempura asparagus with cayenne caramelized pineapple garnished with some fresh pea shouts

i eat some seafood. among them clams on the 1/2 shell. now does that confuse you? a seafood hater that eats raw clams!!

oh I mean pea shoots, they are the leaves from pea plants I absolutely love the taste of them. I knew I spelt it wrong but I couldnt figure out how to spell it maybe schutes?

Well, my dinner last night was not so elegant. I did not end up making taco salads, but I made spanish rice for Mark.. salad to start things off. There is no picture for that.

A little later, I made myself a turkey wrap with sauteed mushrooms/red onion/green pepper, spinach and American cheese. I warmed it in the oven @375 for about 10 min.
