Tonight we had lasagna and chips

Well it started out as conch fritters and an asian style pasta salad. It ended up a stir fry over asian style noodles. As once defrosted, the "conch" fritters turned out to be meatballs for Bahn Mi. Gotta start marking those packages!

Rocklobster (love that name!), your cod dinner looks wonderful! I love beets too, bought some beauties at the grocery store yesterday.

As usual, everyone's dinner sounds so tempting - even the Cadbury bar, lol. I've had such dinners myself.

Yesterday afternoon I marinated some shrimp in olive oil, garlic and cracked pepper and fired up the grill. Made a side salad of tomatoes, cucumbers and feta with vinaigrette, and enjoyed dinner out on the patio. Yummy.
