Defrosting chicken breasts, as well. Made an extra batch of Chimichurri for my steak chimichurri dinner last night.

What's for Dinner, June 2, 2008?

Will serve with my red potato tomato (green bean) salad.
Red Potato Tomato Salad

Baguette & spinach salad.

Dessert - extra raspberry napoleans with raspberry sauce & Vanilla ice cream. Made extras for last night's dinner.

Lefse, does the sauce freeze/taste well?
