wow. that looks yummy. I haven't had enough gravy this week yet....
Me thinks I will be taking out pork chops for tomorrow. Nice dinner before my baking (and drinking!) marathon tomorrow night.

Not that there's anything wrong with that.....

DH still has a sore mouth from dental work last week, so he had a big bowl of homemade minestrone soup with chopped pan-fried Spam added; I had a Spam sandwich and nachos. Easy dinner after bringing our poor dog home from surgery to repair her ACL.
