Spaghetti here. I found a small amount of marinara sauce in the freezer and thought I'd add some chopped mushrooms to it. Fresh grated parm to top. Loaded up salad and garlic bread to go with it.

What's everyone having this evening? :chef:

Bakechef's put the idea in my mind for chicken.

Chicken with stuffing & gravy it is.

Today was another day of cooking for the food photographer. I have leftover vegetarian shephard's pie, chicken breast with tomatoes and an arugula salad, and Thai Sweet Chili Sauce marinated flank steak with a heirloom radish slaw and coriander rice noodles. What to pick, what to pick...

French dip made with a coffee rubbed venison roast, wild asparagus & potato pancakes.

Looks good, Joey! That's the second time today I've read about a type of coffee in a rub. Hmmm....:yum:

Happy early birthday, GG! Hope you had a wonderful steak dinner with your mom.

Wonderful, wonderful dinner - petit filet with sea scallops. And they gave me these goodies for my birthday :)

Chicken and drop Bisquick dumplings with pepper. For dessert, tried Nick Stellino's upside down apple "pie." Both were pretty good but the apples were still a bit tart, used Granny Smith's and guess I should have used a combo or tasted and added more sugar before I finished them.

Alrighty then, S&P, GG, and Cheryl, you all did it again. Looks absolutely luscious! Love food porn.

I spelunked some vegetable soup that got really thick, so I added some low sodium V-8. It was pretty good, though I totally forgot how I made it. Dang, I'm boring.

Happy early birthday, GG!

I'm experimenting with some "clean eating" recipes. I made Spinach Zucchini Ravioli using ground turkey thighs, fresh herbs, salt and pepper in place of the chicken spice and my own marinara. It was actually very good and not all that difficult to make.

It is going onto the keep pile :)
