After an almost-Caprese salad (romaine instead of basil) so I could use up the second burrata, we had chicken with a fresh made lemon-basil vinaigrette, tuna with chives, and potato with dill.

Mmm...looks really good Caslon and CG!

Caslon, I have that exact same rack and use it often. It's old too, it was with my late mom's kitchen things.

What's for dinner? Wed. 7-29-15

Nice, Caslon and CG!

I have the same rack! I've been "racking" my brain as to where I got it, but it fits perfectly in the pan that came with my toaster oven.

Thanks ladies! The cold salads were perfect. Nice and healthy, too. Now I need a big hot fudge sundae to balance things out!
