Where did you get that seasoning salt? I like that it has vinegar in it.

That sounds good, doesn't it, MM? I'll be watching for Kay's response.

I think I will try to make my own.

How's this sound?

Sea salt
powdered apple cider vinegar
powdered sriracha powder
granulated garlic powder

It just says "chili pepper" so maybe ground chipotle, ground ghost pepper, chili powder? Does the label specify which chili pepper they use?

Also I used to use Wrights liquid smoke but now I can only find Stubb's brand.

My best guess would be..

Hawaiian sea salt
powdered distilled vinegar
granulated garlic powder
hot pepper flakes

One more thing about NOH Hawaiian Seasoning Salt All Purpose 8oz

All their products ship from Las Vegas, rather than Hawaii, and that vastly improves the shipping costs.

Thank you K. I ordered the apple cider vinegar powder. Oops. Next time I'll get distilled.
