OK, It turned out to be a successful experiment.

Chopped up some garlic and started it in some olive oil with s & P
Added chopped up shrimp and scallops.
Added lightly steamed baby carrots.
Added shin sliced quartered zucchini
Added 1 tbsp Wylers powdered chicken bullion
Served over Brown Rice

Good reviews

We had chicken a la king over mashed potatoes. Good comfort food since fall seems to have arrived early

Babe, that sound delicious, specially the warm banana bread!

Well, I popped the thawed meatloaf in the oven along with some potatoes to bake and then made a green salad. Not fancy fair but about my level of difficulty at the moment. DH and the border seemed to love it and I have some left over for a nice toasted meatloaf sandwich for lunch tomorrow!

Nachos.... made with refried beans, cheddar, left over skirt steak chopped small, and some jalapenos. Yep, food of champions!

Mmmm, I love the cheddar cheese Can you tell?
My tacos made with storebought everything. I only had to pause the DVD player twenty minutes this way
