Rose's Party chicken, pasta and greek salad. Now I need some wine.

not sure yet, maybe cat fish, or fish tacos or plain old tacos.

pretty much as usual, had nothing from list above. just a big bowl of corn salsa was my dinner, with crackers and iced tea. veggie dinner if u will

is this a relish or more of a chutney?

It's actually a relish but in the picture it looks more of a relish and the reason being I think is I used a little too much red wine vinegar and had to cook of the liquid for a little longer and this gave it more of a chutney consistency.

You can never go wrong with a BLT. What kind of bread did you use? Did you have anything with it... chips, fries... pickle?

For the bread I used used whole grain. Nothing with it but a glass of water.
