Maybe the next time I make fried chicken I'll get out the waffle maker and go all out. No Eggos here.

Oh.. I forgot...

Since the red snapper was so good last night (and on sale) I went and got more for dinner tonight.

I sprinkled on the Cajun seasoning (wasn't the best idea for this fish) and served with Spanish rice and a salad.

So, dinner last night was an adventure. I had the ribs on the BBQ and ran in to sauté the veggies. While I was in the house I managed to start the whole lot of ribs on fire. AAAAAAAAAAA! Fortunately, I got out there before too much damage was done, and Ken came home in time to finish them off and make them perfect. WHEW! Then, just as I was putting the stuff on the table, our doorbell rang. Our 8pm meeting with our financial guy had just moved to 7:30. He's a friend so I just set an extra plate. Thank goodness I always make enough for at least one more!
