We ate out today. Turkey and dressing, mashed potatoes and gravy, pickled beets, rolls, and a small salad.

I didn't have any lunch today.. I got up early and had some yogurt with some strawberries (they were frozen, thawed), and some chopped walnuts. I, then, drove to a park about 45 min away in PA.. went jogging.. got home a little after one pm.. wasn't hungry (unusual for me).

I am thinking about chili for dinner.. I have all the fixins.. lol.. been putting that off for 'bout 5 days now.

I had an open-face tuna melt. I used a piece of toasted rye bread, topping with tuna salad, sliced cucumber, tomato, and onion... and a slice of provolone. I put it in the broiler for a min til the cheese was melted over all.

I also had an apple and a glass of milk.

In my trip to TJ's the other day, bought a new flavor of their label of sausages - chicken, black olive and sun dried tomatoes and other seasonings. MMMM had one today with crustini, fontina cheese, a pickle, coffee and a disguestingly good desert my daughter brought me from Starbucks, it is about 2-1/2 inches wide and thick, a oreo-like dark chocolate cookie crust, caramel and chocolate and pecans and something like rice crispies in the filling with more caramel and chocolate on the top. It is so rich I could only eat about 1/4 of it. ANyone had it yet????
