Going for badminton, so having something light, simple and quick but still very delicious. Cooked turkey rice porridge. Family favourite.

Last night was "Chicken Scarpariello" (basically a rustic Italian braise of chicken (in this case chicken thighs), sausages (in this case turkey tomato & basil), artichoke hearts, hot & sweet peppers, onions, rosemary, chicken broth, & white wine. Nothing else required but some crusty bread & a nice green salad.
